Christmas Newsletter Special Moment

Going to Alaska was one of the most special moments of my life. I went to Alaska because my brother always goes to Missouri, so I get to go to Alaska.
I always ate breakfast at restaurants so we could leave right away to do stuff. I would eat eggs, toast, pancakes, or hash browns. For dinner I would have crab. One time when I got my eggs they were uncooked.
I saw lots of stuff like whales and others but the thing I remember most is the is the parade. They also did a demonstration on how the coast guard saves people from the water. The person in the water had a flare, I thought that was cool.
The helicopter was really loud. It was also very busy so you would hear cars. We went on a lot of tours. One was on the when Russia owned Alaska. All the houses had to be yellow when Russia owned it.
We went on a boat ride and saw whales and otters. It was raining when we came back so it was wavy. The boat ride was super fun for me. The ride took about 3 hours . That was my special moment.
